任职要求：
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
3. Proficiency in designing with CAD tools, such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or similar.
4. Experience with PCB layout and fabrication processes.
5. Knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, including signal integrity and power management.
6. Familiarity with common hardware testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
7. Ability to read and understand complex schematics and datasheets.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
